Room was very clean, front desk help very friendly, walkable distance to Tia Juanita’s Restaurant (very good), but the pool was closed, looked like a swamp with a few gators lurking.

Older hotel showing its age but excellent friendly staff. Room had a kitchenette but no crockery, cutlery or pans! Perfectly comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Very quiet and safe area.

Room was clean and neat, nice staff, plenty of free parking. I'd stay there again. Not much in Winnie, but fine for those passing through. Food, fuel, lodging. Room was spacious with refrigerator and kitchen sink. Shower water came out with considerable force. Not a problem, but it's a shame they don't have a flow-limited shower head so the water comes out in a fine spray to save energy and water. Note that the back door to the building is not locked, so the building is not secure. Internet speed 11 Mbps Download 10 Mbps Upload. Internet OK for my purposes.

Pulled in was not like the pictures. And there was pool but it’s was half filled with water green and filled with moss. Walk in and didn’t smell to pleasant. I went to tell them we were going to stay there. So we went some where else well. I started talking to hotels.com canceling my reservations and trying to get my money back with they hotel have to approve which I figured they would at least do one night since we told them. But now they are blaming it on hotels.com saying they have to do the refund. And now will not answer either of our phone calls or emails. Not very professional.

I’m giving them great reviews even though I didn’t even get to stay. Expedia lied on the site about pet friendly and refused me a refund. It isn’t the hotels fault. Incredibly clean lobby. Outside looked so clean and well maintained. Employees in office were so friendly.
