Great location and easy walk to downtown.

Great location and easy walk to downtown. We would have given the property 5 stars except for the following two things. 1) Door to balcony wouldnt shut properly and let in air and light. 2) the floors creak and could hear the folks above us everytime they moved. Other than that room was nice, clean and had all the amenities. No front desk but no need for one.

Dormitory feel

Exterior of property, particularly entrance, needs some cleaning up or refurbishing. Didn’t realize the hotel was an “ on your own”, meaning you check in, out, no service whatever. This is not clear in the ad. A bit of a dormitory feel than a hotel.

Overall, we did not have a great experience. When it was time to go to bed, we found our sheets were ripped and there were stains on our pillows. Moreover, we were not able to sleep due to the noise above us. The walls were very thin. We booked this property because it was in a small quiet area and there was a two person max per room so we assumed there would be no noise. At night, the individuals above us were very loud. We assume they were having a party as we heard loud music and stomping until 2am. We contacted the number available and they notified them multiple times or the noise but it was an ongoing issue all night which made our stay unpleasant. They responded in a timely manner which was great but overall it was disappointing that we were not able to get a decent amount of rest. The location is nice and the room was as well but I think it would be best if they had someone on sight to troubleshoot instead of calling.

It was walkable to everything in Beaufort. Safe area and no need to driver anywhere. I locked my phone in my room with my door code. I was able to use someone elses phone to call for help. They quickly sent someone out to meet me at the property and give me my door code.

Beautiful modern property. Well kept. Loved the guest room closet for items you may have forgotten to take with you. Nice touch. We had a room facing the main road- a little noisy. That said- if you live in a city you will be fine. I would stay again.
