We strongly suspect one of our kids ate some bad sausage off the breakfast bar. Other than that it was a nice visit. Without this issue, would have rated it 5.

When we arrived at the counter for checking in, we asked the agent for the wifi password. She replied, we cannot provide you with the wifi because your stay was booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel. Very dissatisfied, while everything else was okay. The hallway carpet needs to be renovated smells terrible.

Everything was perfect. fabulous room, Fabulous staff. absolutely loved our room for refrigerator. dishwasher plates utensils. Had a sofa bed if we needed a guest to stay and a curtain to divide the room would absolutely recommend to stay here.

The room was huge and clean the first day. When we left the first day only to come back and find our room was not taken care of. I understand the bed not being made but not to have clean towels for the next day was inexcusable!

We were told our room was not ready. Check-in is at 3 o’clock and we were trying to check in at 3:45. They went ahead and gave us our keys and told us to wait. We asked if it was ready and they said it should be, you can go up and when we got their housekeeping, was still in the room cleaning. The hotel needs some maintenance work. Things are looking a bit Beat up. breakfast no good.
