Precioso, luminoso, apartamento frente al mar en un dúplex. Caminar a restaurantes, entretenimiento, compras. Seis insignias de playa incluidas.

Disfrute de su propia escapada frente al mar en una de las playas más bonitas de la costa este. Este brillante apartamento de 3 dormitorios en la planta baja en nuestro dúplex tiene un gran patio trasero para disfrutar del sol, o una cubierta cubierta para relajarse mientras los niños juegan en su propio gran patio trasero de arena. El apartamento tiene una vista de la duna en lugar del océano. El sonido de las olas es impresionante y estás a sólo unos pasos de la playa. Ideal para familias con niños pequeños, porque los más pequeños pueden jugar en su propia caja de arena gigante que es el patio trasero, mientras que los padres de salón en la cubierta sombreada o conseguir un bronceado en las sillas en el sol. Beach haven oceanfront

The host was extremely responsive (missing beach badge resolved immediately) and the check in via lock box is so easy! The place itself is very clean but does have carpeting throughout. The walkability score is 100 if you want to bike/walk to restaurants and shops. The listing itself is a bit inaccurate- certainly no chaise lounges on the deck- plastic chairs that my husband who is 6’4 couldn’t sit in without the chair giving out and there is a shared outdoor shower, no whirlpool tub (just a normal tub/shower), the master bath is a half bath, and there is shared parking. The owner did let us know about the shared parking shortly before we came a few months after booking. Street parking is easy to find on the same street so we just did that for the week without any issues. The beach in this area is not crowded at all and a really nice beach.

Great Location.

This Beach house had everything we needed. Bright inside, steps to Beach, and the air conditioner worked amazingly. Host was amazing so accommodating. Thanks from our family of 4. 2 older teen children had a great time as well as my wife and I.

A magical weekend with a perfect location and host! Our children loved walking to the beach steps outside the door and to Fantasy Island blocks away! The house has all that you can need and more and the owners were so wonderful and accommodating. We hope to come back for years to come!

Absolutely perfect beach stay

Perfect location within walking distance of Fantasy Island, Bay Village and tons of restaurants and shops. House was well maintained and super well appointed. Communication with the host was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay here for a casual beach vacation. I can’t wait to come back!

Great rental !

Perfect location in Beach Haven. Very close to Bay Village and we were able to bike everywhere! House is right on the beach and very spacious. Owner was very responsive and helpful and provided us with a ton of information about the house, amenities and surrounding area, before our stay.

July Stay Fair for the cost

Dr Z was great and the property was nice. Close to the beach but living on the first floor was challenging with the noise upstairs. Also, they need to update the outdoor furniture and there is a major parking issue which I did not know about until well after I paid the final deposit. Overall the property was good but for the cost (VRBO fees ) it was over prices for what you got. I would pay if it was direct with Dr Z

Prime location

We stayed in the 1st floor unit with our toddler and it was ideal - super close to the beach, a relaxing back deck (you can hear the waves) and sand at your feet, and an easy stroll to fantasy island and Bay Village. Even during the busy holiday weekend we could easily find parking in the street, which was helpful.

Beach property duplex

The property is sandwiched between two larger homes. It is nestled on the beach between the dunes. Drawbacks are duplex and you can hear everything between upstairs and downstairs. There was mention in cleaning crew but found former peoples items in home. Recommend: fresh coats of paint and drywall, and hardwood floors. Easy place if you are going spend more time out of the house. The owner is nice and available.

The owner, Dr. Z was very responsive and was a great help. The location can’t be beat and the house was VERY well equipped with every conceivable appliance (blender, toaster, microwave, etc). All paper goods and soaps were supplied along with some nonperishable food items. While the place appeared clean, I did find a used paper cup under the bed. The noise from the upstairs neighbors was problematic. We could hear them walking and, although we could not hear words, we could hear them talking. And they weren’t talking very loud or arguing. Noise just carried.

Perfect escape by the sea

A gem of a beach house

The house was everything we imagined it to be and perfect for our small kiddos. Dr. Z was always able to be reached with any questions. The kids literally had their very own sandbox. The privacy of the dunes was really nice as well. The house was very well stocked too!

Location, location, location

This house afforded all of what we were looking for in a beach vacation. It is a basic house: clean, functional, and loaded with amenities. The owner immediately responded to my questions and was very gracious. Of course, as the title of my review suggests, the location was superb. It was steps from the beach and a short walk to eateries. These conveniences are what makes this an affordable and wonderful home to rent. Finally, the parking situation (tandem) was absolutely manageable for us and the other guests.
