Well first I had $1100 in gift cards on hotels.com so I booked a stay a month ago and was asking to pay in full prior to arriving multiple times and never answered me. Then we arrived and I asked the front desk and she told me I’d have to go in hotels.com for that. So I did and again there was no option for me to pay I with my gift card. And in the mean time our first room 118 had a carbon monoxide alarms that was beeping repeated extremely loud.. and it started beeping at midnight. So I went down to the front desk and notified him. He told me that the back batteries go out and got me new batteries which I had to stand on a chair and try and fix myself got the new batteries in and continued to beep more. Fell asleep and and me and my brother both woke up at 4am because the alarm started beeping so loud I could hear it in the parking lot. So we weee kept all night. The following night we came back to our room and that alarm Starts beeping again and again and again. So I go back to the front desk the next night and tell the girl working the beeping has not stopped and we haven’t been able to sleep. So she finally gets ankther room to move us too. Then the guy at the front desk tells me the carbon monoxide alarms don’t work good in the cold weather.. which what is that suppose to mean? And I don’t care… then at checkout they give no discount for a 48 headache of a hotel stay. Then they tell me my hotels.com gift cards won’t work
Unless I’m on hotels.com lol so all and all horrib
