The house and amenities were good and comfortable and everything was clean and worked well. Water pressure was good and access to the garage was perfect for us. Only gave us the amount of towels that we had in people so we bought towels. Also we stayed for almost a full week long stay so preferred extra towels so we just bought some ourselves and also had to buy pans and pots and a can opener etc but the house, AC, beds, bathrooms and everything about the place was great. Was exactly as described and was all pretty new. Buying the extra items resolved the issue so didn’t need to manage the house by washing a lot. Washer and dryer worked but dryer was loud but it do its job. We tend to cook a lot ourselves and had the whole family and in laws so the cooking utensils and one dish rag was limiting but I just bought more to make our stay comfortable. Overall would definitely rent the place again. Was good distance from school and grocery store etc and the complex was quiet until cars with exhaust starting up in AM. Enjoyed our stay!!

This is worth it..

The house was beyond my expectations. Very clean and felt very homely. The area is right around the corner from LSU (straight trip). Owner was very responsive. When I come back to Baton Rouge I will definitely book here again!!! Do not hesitate book here you will not regret it.

Great VRBO

Everything was as advertised, very clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms home. Would definitely stay there again. Was there for bowling and Cane's Center was 10 minutes away. Lots of eateries and shopping near by.

I am blown away with how beautiful and easy the property is to find, the property was beautiful and the location is very peaceful. Its in a great location where you can enjoy Baton Rouge and easily get to New Orleans. Absolutely great place to stay

Louisiana Thanksgiving

Beautiful townhome. All Bedrooms are upstairs. Plenty of room for our family for Thanksgiving. There is No outdoor grill, which we love on VRBO's, but enjoyed the condo and location great for LSU campus and restaurants around the corner.

Wonderful stay

Our stay met all expectations, and needs for our large family. Location was ideal, clean and quiet neighborhood. Mateo was a great host and timely with responding. We highly recommend this location.
