The Space:
As you walk into the house, you'll find yourself in an expansive open-concept space encompassing the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Boasting a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this residence provides ample space for your comfort and convenience. You'll be delighted to discover a charming small patio, offering a delightful retreat where you can savor outdoor moments. Whether you're grilling up a delicious meal or simply enjoying quality time with your loved ones and friends, this inviting space is perfect for creating memories.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Within this serene neighborhood, just steps away from Burbank Drive, lies an inviting haven that combines tranquility with convenience. Situated just half a mile away, you'll find a wealth of amenities and establishments to cater to your everyday needs. Walmart, Capital One, Albertsons, La Carretta, and a variety of other restaurants and businesses are all within easy reach, making errands and dining options a breeze.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
