We loved our stay ay No 15 by Guesthouse in Bath. The location was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Very smooth check in, extremely helpful staff, well decorated rooms with everything you might require. Complimentary snack area has been a real treat for our children. Location is prime, quiet & beautiful. The only downside was that hotel car park is small and was full, so with parking restrictions in the centre, we had to walk for 15min.

The hotel is quirky and in a great location. The bed is comfortable but there was very little room either side of the bed to get in or out. There was a coffee machine but no milk in the room. No shaver sockets in bathroom. The hot/cold adjuster in shower was broken. Very expensive for what it was.

Great room and wonderful service, they were also very accommodating with my baby. However a couple of things made this stay not quite 5* - the massage at the spa was ok but definitely not worth the £100, the room was also pretty cold in the night and the water in the shower was luke warm at best. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and the location of this property is excellent.

Beautiful stay and amazing spa!

The hotel was lovely! The only issue we had was that we had to wait 15 minutes to be able to park our car (£25 charge) because a contractor had his large van blocking the way. This meant we were then delayed with a quick lunch before our spa booking, which we were also sadly late to.

We stayed in the coach house, which was fantastic. The spa experience, food and location were all excellent. A fantastic base to walk around a wonderful city. I can’t recommend highly enough.

What a great find!

What a great find! From start to finish the staff we're extra helpful, I booked a room that wasn't assessable in a wheelchair butt he staff contacted me and sent me pictures of why the room couldn't be accessed with a wheelchair and switched rooms with no fuss. We had breakfast their and can say it was the best breakfast a hotel has ever offered! Will drf br staying again!
