A perfect stay from start to finish friendly helpful staff lovely comfortable room spotlessly clean excellent breakfast and a lovely outdoor area! Yes it is a steep climb back from the centre of Bath but there are buses and taxis so not a problem!!

Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff polite and helpful.. we paid for breakfast which was definitely worth it and we also booked to have an evening meal, again this was lovely and value for money. There was parking on site which was payable at £15.00 for one night.
