4/5 Good

"We had an issue with the carpet being wet. They were able to change our room, but not our sons until the next day. The staff was very nice about it and apologized. I spoke with the manager and we are getting a refund which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean and fine. They do not have an elevator which could be a big problem for anyone who can't do stairs."

4/5 Good

"Great room with lots of space. Loved the self parking option; it's a gated garage so your car feels secure. Our two recommendations are to drop the multi-digit code for the door, elevator, garage, etc. If this were a key card, it would save a ton of time and frustration. The other one is to tweak the front desk. It's two small desks where you sit down to check in- it feels odd; it should be a counter, which naturally makes the transactions that happen there faster. The ladies were nice, but need a little more polish and professionalism. Other than this, it was a good stay."
