With regards to your concern, we deeply extend our sincerest apologies for not being able to provide you a comfortable stay. Sadly, one of the pipe burst due to the cold temperature which tipped off the sprinklers and fire alarms. We apologize for not notifying you as we were not aware of what was happening during that time.
