The location deserves all 5 stars! The bedrooms were spacious, clean and with a great view. The place was fully booked what made it hard to enjoy the pool area, and made the staff overwhelmed. The kitchen staff is very nice and the food was amazing!

O lugar estava sujo e tudo bem antigo. Quarto quadruplo contou com apenas uma cama e outras camas podendo ser providenciadas após pedido (?) Precisa urgentemente de reforma e limpeza profunda. A academia é muito ruim , com equipamentos quebrados, rasgados, enferrujados e sem ar-condicionado. O quarto tinha mofo.

A pousada tem um ambiente ótimo para quem deseja

Possui uma vista esplêndida para o rio. O quarto em que fiquei foi muito confortável. A equipe de trabalho que atendeu a mim e minha família foi muito solicira e empática. O ambiente da pousada é ótimo para quem deseja fugir da agitação, com a vantagem de ter nas proximidades ótimas praias. Meia pensão jantar poderia ser melhor e ter opções compatível com o cardápio comercial.

Eu adoro a pousada. Ideal para descansar. Bom café da manhã e pessoal atencioso! Houve um problema na hidro do meu quarto. Fiquei sem poder utilizá-la no primeiro dia. Consertaram no segundo Dia e me restituíram o valor de um Quarto sem hidro. Achei bem Coerente e honesto da parte deles. Voltarei outras vezes.

O atendimento é cordial na recepção, porém no bar faltou garçom, demorou demais. Os preços no bar são abusivos, um refrigerante lata R$14,50. Um coco verde R$13,90. Prato executivo simples, igual a restaurantes de bairros, R$69. Optei pelo regime pensão completa, que o almoço e o jantar vc pede entre opções limitadíssimas, sem direito a bebida. O quarto, na parte da banheira é sujo, cortina sustentada com arames e a mesma parece que foi reaproveitada de outro local, pois foi muito mal cortada, parece que usaram faca pra isso. Piscina é boa, área da academia sem ar condicionado, muito calor, sem condições de treinar lá. A sinuca fica na academia, tirando toda a privacidade de quem pensar em treinar. Convenhamos que sinuca e academia não combinam juntas.

Pousada aconchegante!

Com relação ao conforto da pousada foi excelente, com uns pequenos detalhes que faço questão de ressaltar: presença de gatos na área da piscina e o altos preços praticados pela pousada. Infelizmente não retornarei devido os preços bem maiores que os praticados no ponta verde Praia do Francês

As portas do quarto e banheiro com trincos quebrados. Barata no quarto. Instalações bem antigas. Conjunto de banho já ultrapassados, assim como lençóis (todos desgastados e finos) O hotel precisa passar por reforma. Instalação de ar condicionado pingando. Preços de cardápio bem acima. Ex. Refrigerante KS por 15,00. Local fica afastado de tudo.

Não deixem estragar pois o hotel é muito top

Já estive outras vezes Tem passado a impressão que estão deixando de lado manutenções primeiras de extrema relevância. Cama ótima Atendimento ótimo Lazer ótimo Mas o restante está “envelhecendo” sem consertos ou substituições. Fica minha solidariedade aos funcionários que sempre são super atenciosos, desde a recepção até o café. Local maravilhoso. Bem cuidado, a diária valeria o dobro!
