Great location for Knotting Hills

If you have an event at Knotting Hills, this is just down the road, 6-7 minutes away. It’s a well appointed small-ish apartment space with a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower and tub, and washer/dryer in unit. Check in was easy. Price was reasonable, but it is also November and definitely the “off season”. The only “negative” I would say is that there was a “cleaning list” for guests to do, on top of a cleaning fee. It included stripping sheets, pillow cases, and duvet covers, gathering all laundry and starting laundry (even down to which items they wanted you to start with), washing dishes and stacking and starting the dishwasher, collecting all the trash and taking it out if it was trash day, cleaning any appliances you used, turning off all electronics and lights, changing the thermostat to 60 degrees… what is the cleaning fee for if guests do most of the cleaning?

Great place

The place was easy to find. There were 3 of us, each with our own room. We had plenty of space and the area was very quiet. Kitchen was nice and we utilized the fridge and coffee maker. Definitely worth the price! Only had 1 issue....A man on a golf cart put a huge sticker on my car window(took 1 1/2 hour to remove). It read that i was illegally parked and i would be towed if i didn't move it. I was in my space and contacted my hosts and never saw him again.I was concerned that he would tow my car the whole time .tthere..tthere.there.sawhagain.took care of it

Stress-free rental

Plenty of room in the house for 3 adults. House was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was helpful and timely. I would stay here again which was within 2 miles of my family. Dining and shopping available nearby. Convenient access to freeway for getting to the city. Quiet neighborhood. Assigned parking spot was convenient.

Nice place

Nice place. More or less a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. Only issue was coffee cups. We needed 3 but there was only 2 & they are both cracked. We bought one more & left it there. And the beds are really hard. But we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable beds!

We enjoyed our stay. The town home was in a quiet residential neighborhood yet close to the interstate and grocery stores. The home was very clean. Plenty of room for our family of four. The back yard was a plus too!

Family Get Together

We only used our stay to sleep and get ready. We gathered with our family so we only needed a place to stay. We would stay again if we were back in the area. The host were available when we called and they are very nice Hosts.
