At present, it has been rehabilitated as housing and divided into living room-kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and a small private terrace. This house receives its name from a place in the municipality of Windward where its owners have a lemon farm.
From the terrace of Casa La Roseta you can enjoy views of the sea and the Punta Cumplida Lighthouse. This house shares a garden, laundry, pool and barbecue area with the other 3 homes within the same property.
