when i checked in i asked for a room to a higher floor. I was given a key to a 5th floor room and when i walked in using my key it was occupied. Very unsettling. When i told the front desk you gave me a room that was occupied, he responded "well it shouldn't be".

The rooms are very very small. The pictures make it look different so dont fall for it. The small bed is very uncomfortable. The AC unit dis not work so we had to sleep with the windows open and it was way noise, also the windows had very easy access to the street and easy to climb.

Positive post

Even before arrival, the staff were incredibly responsive. I had a few questions regarding my stay and my email was responded to quickly and staff were very helpful. During our stay the staff were always welcoming, polite and helped with any queries we had. Our room was bright, clean and tidy and well maintained on a daily basis by the cleaning staff. The only downside to our stay was the comfort of the mattresses, which were on the firm side resulting in some disrupted sleep. We did not use the restaurant facilities during our stay so cannot comment on food or drinks served here. The pool area was always clean and tidy with us spending some relaxing times in the hot tub. Located on a main road with bus stops to various destinations in close proximity and lots of little cafe’s and small restaurants near by. A very pleasant stay and would stay again if visiting that area.
