Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Great, spacious place with wonderful layout. Close to the beach and metro and view of the sea from the living room. Totally amazing!! And Marco was an awesome host.
The location was wonderful, apartment was clean. Noise was not an issue. The view was spectacular! The beds were a little firm for my taste, and the kitchen could use more utensils/pans for people who want to cook a few meals. If cooking at the apartment is not an issue, this is an incredible place, Irecommend it
