If you want to relax...

...this is coming close to perfect. Borgo La Fratta is not far away from A1 strada, but is still too far away, so you could have peace and quite every time of the day! We have stayed in room no 1, which is actually a smallish 1bedroom apartment!! Can't complain there. The property also has an outside pool (my sone loved it!) and it is so close to the nearby lake as well (walking distance and there are some beaches as well). The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped, dining, lounge (with a small TV, but satellite programs are also available) and the bathroom had only shower (but as I prefer shower this was a plus for me). If your GPS makes you get lost (as our did), give the owners a call and and they'll explain how to get to Borgo La Fratta. Oh, one more thing. As it is a bit away from main road, wifi is not always available, but you have the nature there, so who needs it (unless you are a kid...). The place is highly recommended.
