Staff were friendly and helpful, but attention to detail was not so good. My towels were stained, room only cleaned/turned down once in 4 days (the hotel wasn’t very busy either). As it was entering the off season, the staff didn’t know where may still be open or any recommendations. Would have been great to get some local insight when so many places are shut and not updating their google map data

Room was great. The manager Nick is fabulous, very informative about the area and things to do especially at Arcadia. The hotel was in a perfect place. Food was great at the restaurants near by. Can walk to them with great selections especially cause i have a gluten allergy . Overall a great place to stay.

I didn't have the breakfast. I would love to have sat out on the porch but it was way too cold. The room was very lovely and comfortable. My stay was brief but I loved it. I look forward to returning.

Wonderful hotel, great location. Breakfast was not fully ready at 7 am one morning, so that delayed our departure. Our TV did not work at all, but the manager provided compensation after I called to request a refund a second time. We rated the staff lower because they sent someone to "fix" the TV twice, and then were surprised it still wasn't working. We would definitely stay in the place again because of its location and hot breakfast.

Room was in fair condition. Dusty. One trash can for whole room in bathroom. Popcorn on Lobby for guests present on arrival Friday. Same popcorn was still there on Sunday when we left. It was stale and gross on Friday. Included breakfast was a joke. Stale bread and muffins. Breakfast was supposed to be out at 7 and it wasn't out out until 7:15. Would pay more for better service!

The room was large and lovely, well appointed and nice and clean. the hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking and the decor of the building nice. The provided breakfast was lacklustre and some of the bakery items stale. Coffee was tepid at best. All dealings, over a 2 day stay, with staff left a lot to be desired other than the single staff member on duty when we arrived. She was extremely helpful. Asking a question was met with silence and no communication until more than a few minutes passed and it was like I was inconveniencing them from the cell phone or other thing they wanted to do. Although the fabric of the hotel is lovely, and it occupies a great location in town, the lacklustre staff, and their attitude to guests (customers) would prevent me from staying again or recommending. Really is a huge shame.

Everything was great. We LOVED our balcony and location was perfect. The shower/bathroom was a bit small and I would’ve loved to have another middle outside the bathroom, but we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Staff wonderful and location great. Rooms small, bathroom really tiny and no place to hang things except for a very smal clothes bar with half blocked with a tall fridge. We encoje y the stay but a tad disappointed in the room.

The best thing about the Acadia Inn is the location, directly across from the main square in town and very, very easily walkable everywhere! The free parking directly behind the hotel was very much appreciated! Also very convenient location to Acadia National Park. The hotel is really cute, just could use some updated decor in the common areas. The area where they had breakfast and the bar were beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed staying at the Acadia Hotel! It is a block off the main strip of Bar Harbor so it was very easy to find different dining options that were close by. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, they have a parking lot behind the hotel for their guests which made parking very convenient. The continental breakfast had an omelette bar option which was very refreshing! There was a tea and coffee bar that is complimentary and available all day. Would definitely recommend!
