It’s a beautiful hotel. The BTS is just outside the building so it’s convenient to get to the biggest malls. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. Will stay there again

I loved my stay here. I had a minor issue (valid one, not a Karen here) and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. They were very professional and police in every interaction. Pim, Queen and Cookie were a delight to speak with!
