Our stay at so/ Bangkok was great! We had a water element room and it was very clean . The hotel was also very clean and quiet . The only thing I would say is they should heat the jacuzzi up and warm the pool a bit

There was a mixup between expedia and the hotel for my booking so they almost put me in a less amazing room. The staff that assisted me shuffled some things around and after a workout at their awesome gym I was able to settle in! The pool area has an amazing view of lumpini park and the room itself was incredible! I will definitely be coming back to stay at SO/ Bangkok

Avoid room 2601. It’s too dark and dimly lit with a number of light blindspot (including the bar area!). New hotel but visible sign of wear and tear in the room. The wall plug cover on both sides came off. Other than the room, the staff are excellence. Thai service at its best.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. It had flies and bed bugs all over the hotel and room. They didn't even want to give me a refund after I saw them photos and videos of the beds!!! Don't not stay here

Not a Five Star stay

We were on our honeymoon and were given an air themed room. Contrary to the rooms theme of clouds and air, our bed was rock hard. The buttons for the room for the lights and curtains made absolutely no sense… some were hidden behind the cabinets. Also, we had no hair conditioner for 3 days. I had to call for 2 nights in a row to get it refilled and finally on rhe third night, a guy had to come in while I was in a bathrobe to refill the hair conditioner. Is this 5 stars service? Absolutely not.

Tissue box was also tattered… wouldn’t expect this from a five star hotel

Was suddenly woken up at 6:30 AM to a man entering our room, mistakenly insisting we were checking out when we weren’t. Also experienced a safety concern with the elevator, which failed and dropped suddenly. Overall, the property is passable, but I’d recommend looking around, there are likely better options available for the price.

The SO Bangkok hotel was wonderful, the hotel is clean , modern , well designed , the breakfast has been delicious and generous . Big highlight is toward the infinity pool overlooking the city and Lumpini park .
