Being so close to the metro, makes this one of the best hostels in Bangkok. The fact that it's clean, in good repair, and well designed is all just a bonus

Overall are good. The location is great, just a few steps from BTS. I travel with my sister, there is a small thing make us frustrated is their room alarm. We stay in twin room with shared bathroom, only 1 key card, during night time if we need to go toilet, we are not allow to let the room door open as their door alarm is annoying, so every time when my sister go to toilet, i need to wake up and standby to open door for her no matter what time, when I go toilet, she need to do the same, it really terrible.

Comfortable Stay

Room was at the top floor, so have to climb a few flights of stairs everyday. Room was clean, bright and comfortable. It’s only a few minutes walk to the BTS station. There are also convenience stores located near-by.

Nice hostel but wouldn't stay again

The hostel itself was nice, private room is on the 5th floor, stairs only. Fine for us, but worth noting for others. This hostel has a few places to eat across the street, but far from the Wats. We had a bizarre situation after visiting the royal palace where none of the taxis would agree to take us back to the hotel area when we showed them where we were on the map. We eventually got a taxi to take us for 4x taxi fare ONLY after lying that I was pregnant and overheating in the 97 degree heat. We'd heard about "taxi cartel" issues in Thailand and think this might be related? There's free breakfast, but the process of getting it was very confusing, the restaurant (delicious) next door offering it didn't seem to know about the arrangement. Very clean, first place we went in Thailand that had good water pressure and heat! It'd be nice if people didn't blow dry their hair in the stairwell at 3am, but that's a hostel for you.

Nice hostel, breakfast consists of toast, jam, tea,a juice, and a fruit. There is a nice cafe around the corner with good food for breakfast with a discount from the hostel.

this is my 1st time stay Monomer Hostel Bangkok, location quite good , close sky train, and 7-11, morning lot food stall outside for local food,and lot massage center compare. but toilet and bath room too small, shower hot water problem and no refill shower gill and bath gill.

Okay for a night

Couldn't check in until 14.00 and had to be checked out by 10, not good if you have been up 48hrs before traveling. Wifi was free on ground level but very slow, and had to pay for wifi in room. Room felt cramped and bed wasn't too comfy.

great location

From the airport, train then BTS metro on station away then 3 min walk. 15mins walk to MBK building. Customer service was good except this one incident where they made me wait 20mins for a fresh towel. the 12 bed dorm had new comfy mattress and a curtain for privacy. The bathrooms are always clean. WiFi was good. free breakfast was a disappointment. kitchen and lounge space was good. 2 new computers free to use.
