Truly perfect spot near transportation, food and shopping. The staff are welcoming, kind and attentive. The room perfectly designed to maximize space and the city view is wonderful. We wish that we could have stayed longer!

Good location! Highly recommended!

Good location just in front of the National Stadium BTS station ext 1. Short walk to MBK and BACC. There’s a 7eleven at the lobby and a Mc Donald’s at next door’s hotel. One of the cleanest budget hotel I’ve stayed at and also has a large buffet breakfast area. I’d give all the staff a 10/10 rating except for one reception staff who seemed annoyed when I asked her to help me connect to the hotel’s WiFi (I told her I’m super exhausted that day - woke up at 230am to ge ready and to catch the first flight out) I’d give the hotel a rating of 5/5 otherwise. That said, I’d still highly recommend this hotel for its budgets friendly, staff and location. Will stay here again.

Rge propeety is clean and convenient to the MRT and stores but it is overpriced for a small toom with twin brds. I paid $90 a nigh and this eas a bare bones hotel. There is s 300 Baht charge prr day to ise the afjoining hotel, Mercure's pool.

Good and affordable stay at Ibis.

Location is very convenient, at National Stadium BTS station there and is walking distance to MBK and Siam Square. Room size is big enough for couple and clean. There is even 7-eleven at hotel lobby. Hotel bfast is good too. Only thing to improve is the shower water pressure, the one in our room abit weak.

The hotel upgraded all chairs in cafe and rooms. Better and more comfortable chair. However, the bread fast at the cafe is jammed packed. The food arrangements was not good. They place the potatoes salad in a big chiller, chill the salad, but also dry up the potatoes, making it hard to chew. Waitress cleared my two full glass of juice, without check if the seat is occupied. The manager on duty saw me occupied the seat, did not stop waitress from clearing the table. Manager is not observant, lack of awareness of the surrounding.

It's pretty much of a standard hotel. The thing I like the most is that unlike most hotels in Bangkok, the water comes in recyclable glass bottles. I hate plastic bottles that clog the environment. The location is great too. It's easy to get to the airport and to the train station from the hotel.

Front counter staff attitude and eagerness to serve is very lacking and double standard. They seems to be very rude towards local Thai people, especially when they request to stsmp their parking ticket for cómplimentary parking. Mannerisms is missing, they always looking down at their desk, pretend to be working, actually avoiding eye to eye contact with hotel guests, so they don't need to smile or greet. Unhappy group of service staff.

Staff are double standards. Very rude to my friends who are Thailand locals, who ask to stamp their parking ticket. (redeemed parking). I was annoyed to the hotel manager. Hotel retrofitted after the earthquake caused by Myanmar on 28th March '25.
