The staff was very nice, but the building is being renovated. Lots of other guests smoked cigarettes indoors. I could smell it in my room. Also there was a night club near by that played loud music. I could hear the bass in my room until 4am. Besides that it’s fine. I stayed because it’s very close to Bumrungrad hospital.

Warning, they hold a 1000 baht to until check out then they take their sweet time and try to procrastinate and then they have to call room service to check the room before they give you your money back takes about 45 minutes…. This place clearly tries to keep the money.!!! Make sure you check check out an hour before your taxi to the airport

High music noise all night

The room was good and clean But the high noise from arabic music outside the hotel all night long was teribble Althow it was from the hotel disco car park I asked hotel to change my room but they dont?
