Easily became our top favourite hotel in Bangkok. The value is just unbeatable, it truly is a 5 star hotel experience with an extremely reasonable price per night, especially for what you get. The hotel location is so convenient with direct access to a connivence store and BTS Phaya Thai that is just a few stops away from popular stations like Siam or Mo Chit. As soon as we arrived by Grab - we didn't have to touch/carry a single one of our luggages as it was taken care of by staff. We were escorted to the front desk where we were checked in and received welcome drink vouchers to redeem for later. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom, I was in love with the shower. The mattress was comfortable though I do wish the pillows were a little harder. The breakfast buffet is a must, make sure you include it in your booking! There is a variety of options and plenty of tables. We stayed 5 nights and went almost every morning. There are two pools, the one on the 22nd floor was our preferred over the highest floor on the 35th. There was plenty of seating with an amazing view. We spent one morning just lounging there and it was so relaxing. We also used the gym which was equipped with everything you needed for a gym session on vacation. The upkeep was great and staff always made sure towels, water and overall cleanliness was maintained. They have a restaurant as well which we went to on our last night, the food was sooo delicious and you get 20% off.

The hotel has direct access to both BTS and Airport link rail (which is 30 minutes to the Bangkok international station). There are two infinity pools. Both offer magnification views. ALL of the staff were nice, friendly and very helpful. Food offered in the buffet breakfast were great to say the least. Will definitely come back again.

The location is very close to BTS & SRT (airport) station. But would like the hotel could update the charger setting, which there is no USB charger near the bed. No Form pillow could be provided, a bit disappointed. Got a little birthday treat inside my room on my birthday, impressive! Tried also in room dining (after 10:30), the room not bad with reasonable price!

Location was very convenient as it’s basically the last stop from the airport line. There’s a 7-11 nearby which makes it awesome for some last min snacks. My only prob was that the water pressure in the shower is not as strong as other properties I’ve been in.

It was an amazing stay in this hotel, front desk and concierge staffs were very nice with excellent hospitality. I like the bright lighting in the room, very high ceiling, the washroom is big and new white tile floor felt like home. Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax. We usually not to border for housekeeping during our stay, it is because we usually sanitize everything when we get to the room. This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before. I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful. I hope this hotel should monitor not to have this habit. Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches, and during 5-7pm they have happy hour for most of the drinks which is very good deal. Overall we like the hotel, convenient in location attached to BTS, will come back next time.

From the start, terrible checkin service from front counter making us wait for a room up to 1 hour wait, until I complained about waiting especially after booking months in advance. Also days our room not made up fresh after being out all day on tours and coming back and still messy no towels fresh for shower. Air-conditioning not working properly. Welcome drink for 5 star hotel was a soft drink, really that’s appalling service from 5 star hotel on high end clients. Poor service overall at this new 5 star hotel. I give 2 stars overall.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. This is our second visit here after a stay here last year. The service, cleanliness and facilities are top notch. So easy to get to places since the hotel is connected to the BTS Rail too. One day I dropped off post cards to mail and gave the concierge money to pay for postage. Upon finding out they cannot mail postcards to the USA, he messaged me in their hotel app. I did not provide my name but he figured out who I was because the doorman remembered me. I was so impressed! I would definitely stay here over and over gain. Thank you to their employee, Ploy, for upgrading our room, it made our stay wonderful!

If you’re ever in Bangkok and looking for a place to stay, this hotel is a MUST! I travel often and I’m very big on cleanliness and I was very satisfied with the entire hotel; from the room to the lounge, and restaurants. Make sure you book with executive lounge access and breakfast included. The lounge access offered happy hour daily with amazing city views and The Market restaurant offered an amazing variety of options for breakfast. Staff were amazing and the entire vibe in Thailand was like no other. I like the best of the best and this is one of them. Even having a miss understanding regarding a charge, it was taken care of within minutes. Conveniently located to the train station which takes you to the shopping center in two stops. Easy to travel and to just stroll the streets of Bangkok. Book your excursions and explore this beautiful city!!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bangkok! The overall experience was very good, with several standout features that made my trip memorable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in was a breeze—fast, smooth, and hassle-free, which was a great start to my stay. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight! It offered an impressive variety of choices, from local Thai dishes to international options, catering to every taste. The quality and freshness were exceptional, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. The location is a huge plus. Situated right next to Phaya Thai BTS Station, it’s perfect for exploring Bangkok while avoiding the city’s notorious traffic. Plus, it’s only a 25-minute ride from the airport via the airport rail, which made travel convenient and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and having amenities like a pharmacy nearby was a nice touch. That said, there were a few minor downsides. I noticed some stains on the bed linen, which was a bit disappointing. The carpet in my room also seemed a little unclean, and I spotted a few small insects, which wasn’t ideal. Some parts of the hotel felt slightly run-down, and for the price, I would have expected a bit more polish in these areas. Despite these issues, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
