The Moose was amazing! Location is great, staff was extremely friendly, room was spacious, room was very clean and the decor is amazing! The hot tubs on the roof are perfect for enjoying the evening looking at the stars or mountains.

Very friendly staff. Great facilities - hot tub and sauna were very welcome after skiing in -25C. Restaurant did a good breakfast and good pizza/pasta. Excellent location within a couple of blocks of downtown with all of the shops and restaurants. The ski shuttles pick up next door and ski storage was by the pick up point

The first night at the hotel was a sleepless night as our room was right above the garage and the doors were opening constantly through late night and early morning. We changed our room and it’s better. Would not recommend the breakfast at all.

Suite with fireplace was spacious yet cozy. Greatly enjoyed living area with fireplace and couch to relax at end of long ski day. Hotel restaurant was excellent and hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of Banff highlights. Hotel Moose amenities were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop hot tub overlooking the Canadian Rockies. Would definitely stay again.
