This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff is nice, respectful and competent. My room had problems and they came to fix things immediately. The rooms are small but are designed moderately well. But it's inconvenient to have to go to the second floor into a restaurant to cross over to your building. I didn't like the fact that I had old sheets. The balcony door was also locked but probably because of safety concerns. That meant that the only source of natural light I had was either outside of my room or the bathroom window. All of the drains were clogged and the filter in my AC unit had to be replaced by the time I got there. I believe if they make more maintenance rounds this place could be nicer. Ultimately I was happy with the place for the price. But I do believe they could do better. Once again, they have an amazing staff and I really appreciate all the service provided to me by their staff.

Family 2 nights stay

Lobby, restaurant, pool were located on the other building from our room (the rooms were in the new building). We used the connecting bridge to go back and forth. Itā€™s quite a walk, especially there were almost 3 in the morning when we arrived and we were tired bcoz of the traffic jam. We like the roomā€™s looks and furniture a lot. The roomā€™s cleanliness was good but the corridor was not. We stayed for two nights and I thought they didnā€™t swipe the corridor during our stay. There were also some non-stop noise outside our room. It pretty disturbing especially during nighttime. I thought it was some kind of blower. We couldnā€™t check because thereā€™s no access to the outside balcony. (The door was locked). The breakfast were good and the staff quite friendly.

The hotel is far east from the central. Hotel stuffs are helpful and friendly. The room is ok and enough amount of water as complimentary. It seems like the room facilities need to fix a little bit though. Also, they could keep rooms a bit more cleaner. Breakfast is ok. Not many choices but still there are fruits, breads, and local foods. When I checked out they did check my room for in case and they found my watch. It seems like I was the only one expats when I stayed there. More for local people maybe.

Menyenangkan, kamar dengan view yg aman buat anak-anak, karena jendela dikunci. Makanan yg dipesan lumayan.ada fasilitas kolam untuk anak2. Tidak terlalu dekat dengan keramaian. Bisa untuk beristirahat sejenak dari hiruk pikuk kota.

Super friendly and helpful staff!

The team there is the best! Super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is nice, it could be a little cleaner in bathroom, and the windows better noise insulating, but we will stay there again when we go to Bandung. Breakfast was good also!

Hotel Far From City Activity

Hotel far from the city, takes more than 30 minutes to reach dago, Pasirkaliki and riau street, but near from bus station leuwi panjang and Buah Batu area. Noisy with the sound of a factory right next to the hotel. because this is new hotel the smell of paint and the building is still felt when it first entered.

Good hotel far away from tourist spots and city

Far away from city centre and tourist attraction with very little public transportation adding to very heavy traffic. So spend additionally for taxi. Not even decent restaurant in walking distance. View from room or from swimming pool area bad.Staff was very good and courteous. Breakfast wad satisfactory and healthy but limited choice for dinner.

Pelayanannya bagus,, kamar bersih,,menu sarapan variatif dan rasanya juga enak. Cuman letak hotelnya agak jauh dri pusat kota. Tpi enak juga buat istirahat krna jauh dari keramaian.

Nice hotel

The staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, pool and rooms were good with nice views. This is a hotel being renovated and I'd like to see when complete. The hotel needs directions on rooms, pool are located, also needs to fix aircon problems and people being noisy in hallway. A bit far from the city also. Overall a good hotel and staff
