Room is spacious & clean. Food at the restaurant was delicious especially the Australian Steak. However, the WiFi in the room did not work during our 5 days stay. This is our only complaint. Otherwise, it’s an ideal place to stay. Superb location & service

Ambience and layout of the interiors are excellent. One flaw is that there is no ramp up to the lift landing from the hotel lobby though. Thus, this will inconvenient guests who are on wheelchair ♿ or with disabilities.

First night, my room has power failure around 1am while we were sleeping. No lights and aircon due to power outage. It took the staff almost half an hour to rectify the electricity back. Front desk staff is not very informative. She didn't even know how to assist with airport shuttle enquiry.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, place was lovely, location was great. Only gripe was the room was a little dark and the pillow was too thick for me. Would nonetheless stay here again if I were to return!

Nice modern and clean hotel at a good price. Helpful staff. We appreciated that hot water in the shower came instantly. There's a good cafe at the hotel It didn't bother us, but, it may be a challenge for the physically handicapped because the access to the Lift lobby is via a short flight of staircase.
