Convenient hotel near train station

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Always greet with smile good hospitality. However the toilet can work abit better especially the shower stand and miss shampoo

The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment staying in this hotel. Couple of years ago I stayed here and it was OK. Apparently the hotel went downhill despite now it offered free breakfast (the positive side of this hotel now). I won’t stay here anymore though. With the same price, I could get a better hotel - at least one without cockroaches problem! I’m having phobia now after staying for 5 nights there. Goodness.
