Small private island entirely owned by the hotel. Good restaurants and beach bar. Disappointed by the Male City Tour; not worth it, the guide (not employed by hotel) did not really have a planned itinerary. Check in and check out were spot on. Excellent communication about these arrangements

First time in Maldives and stayed at Bandos was all lovely particularly the service given to use during are meals in the Gallery Rssturant by Thomas who was attentive to our every need Wonderful chance to see the sunset every evening with happy hour during this time We had HB with breakfast & dinner Lovely beech front superior room the sea is beautiful and wonderful massage available for additional cost

Nice friendly staff and excellent food. Booked deluxe beach bungalow with a four poster bed and got the kids room next door. Two single beds pushed together. Couldn't see the beach for trees and bushes. Was told resort was full, so we didn't get moved to another room. TV kept freezing, and faulty lights in both living area and bathroom. Our safe lost power as well so we contacted reception. They sent someone round to fix it, but the fault kept coming and going. We didn't get what we paid for, very disappointed.

We had a really really nice time in this Hotel I have to mention the the extra effort and care the staff make towards the guests to make their stay a great experience Guru make great cocktails Only thing to mentions and need to improve is the communication skills of the reception staff and they need to reply the emails promptly when there is a query about the bookings etc

My husband and I had an unforgettable stay at Bandos Maldives! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Our overwater villa offered breathtaking views and complete serenity. What truly made our stay special was the warm and attentive staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to Shaavon at Huvan restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, his attention to detail and kindness didn’t go unnoticed! He even went out his way to come say goodbye to us right before leaving the island. Bandos Maldives gave us the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and romance. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a slice of paradise!

On arrival we were taken to our room by buggy, which at first seemed lovely. However our driver gave us a tour past shabbiest parts of the island, which only added to our disappointment when we saw our delux room … which was dark and grim. Rather than ruin our stay, I decided to lay out additional cost to upgrade our room to one on the other side of the island, and that’s when things started to look up.
