Enjoyed the stay. Location was fairly convenient and close to the beach. Some minor nitpicks - the water for the bathtub was not hot enough, the clothes rack in the balcony was in very bad condition. But overall, I would recommend the resort.

The rooms were nice and the ocean view was wonderful. The amenities on the property were nice and convenient. The hard rock and the water park are a short walk away as well. The concierge had local tours and activities you could book also. There was some construction in the lobby which was not posted on the website.

Very nice location and the beach is lovely and clean. The king size double room was spacious and exceptionally clean, as was the modern bathroom. The balcony has a fan and is wide and comfortable. Perfect for watching sunrises and tropical rainstorms. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. In some places the facilities are a little dated and could do with a refresh.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience due to persistent issues with the air conditioning system. From the moment I checked in, the temperature in my room was stuck at 26°C, making it quite uncomfortable. Despite informing the staff, the problem wasn’t resolved. I was moved to an upgraded room in the middle of the night, but sadly, the air conditioning in that room wasn’t working either. Exhausted, I chose to stay put and endure the night. The next morning, I reported the issue again and was told that my original room had been fixed. I was moved back, only to find the temperature had dropped by just one degree — to 25°C — which still wasn’t comfortable. While the staff were polite and did attempt to address the problem, the lack of a working air conditioning system and the inconvenience of changing rooms multiple times significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its facilities for future guests.

Need improvement on buffet settings

Generally my stay in Westin is pleasant. Service is good and they gave us a little surprise when we told them it’s our anniversary. However, the cleanness of the restaurant can be improved. There are many flies in the dinner buffet. They are basically everywhere - resting on the food, on the dining table & etc. It seems like the staffs are pretty used to it and doesn’t see it as a hygiene concern. Although there are electronic flies killer nearby, it’s obviously not sufficient. I won’t complain is it’s a hawker setting, but I don’t expect such condition in a 5-star hotel.
