The room was great! It was clean and had all the amenities that were requested during my stay. It was also well heated, especially with the colder temperatures we were having outdoors at the time of reservation.

The man working the late evening shift is HORRIBLE. He is slow, unhelpful in every way possible. It took me 45 minutes to get checked in when I was the only customer in line. He had to change my room three different times due to problems with the room.
