Ridiculous customer service.
Booked 1 king + pullout couch for my wife, daughter and myself. Arrived 3pm to no bedding in room for pullout. Went to front desk and requested bedding, and was told it would be brought to the room. Left property, returned at midnight... still no bedding. Went to front desk and was handed a fitted sheet and a blanket, but was told they were "out of pillows". (Apparently they were out of top sheets too?)
THEN... went back to room, and toilet is clogged. Called front desk and was told to "come down and get a plunger". (Fix your own toilet at a hotel?!?!?) Went to front desk, and nobody was there, even though they knew I was on my way down! Tapped on glass for probably 5 minutes before staff returned to desk and handed me a plunger.
3 people book a room, and you don't provide bedding for 3?
You assure someone there will be bedding and 9 hours later there's still none?
And then you make the guest come get it?
How does a hotel not have enough bedding for the beds that they have?
Cleaning staff doesn't flush the toilet between guests to make sure it's working?
Guest then has to come get the plunger and do it himself?
Guest tells you they're on their way to the desk, and that's when you decide to go to the bathroom?
Not a single apology from anyone for any of this?
