A lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were fantastic!

Fantastic boutique hotel

Amazing hotel with the best customer service ever! We were here for a wedding weekend and they helped us with early check ins and late check outs plus cutlery/plates for the bridal suite. Fantastic French restaurant downstairs. Just bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper due to nearby train tracks. Would stay here again

Quaint little hotel near amenities

Fantastic location and walking distance to many places. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. While rooms are small it was more than enough for an overnight business trip. Would recommend and stay again.

Hotel staff were amazing. One thing I did notice upon arrival and checkout was I had to call a number to get someone to come to reception not ideal. Hotel was great rooms very spacious bathroom fantastic except for the water leak in the shower. Rating is Hotel a little lower because of the train station across the road and trains going all night unfortunately it still has a level crossing so the bell from an approaching passenger or freight train continued well into the morning and unfortunately the bed was too soft for my liking so not much sleep.

The room was very noisy. It is just above a rail crossing where the Bells rung throughout the night. They know this, as they even provide earplugs beside the bed, but fail to mention anything in their website. Very poor as the room is quite expensive.

Love this place. Don’t let the carpark fool you. It’s just gorgeous inside. The room is stunning, spacious and super comfortable. Easy to walk to restaurants but don’t miss Lola’s downstairs at the hotel. It’s exceptional!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Large rooms and spotless. Beautiful decor. Bed was so comfortable. Next to train station but certainly no noise disturbance. Parking on a first come basis but I had no issues finding a spot each day. I rate this 10/10.

Located too close to the railway crossing so it was still noisy even with double glazed windows in the room. Mattress was uncomfortable, need to update mattress. Would have preferred some cutlery and plates in the room. Otherwise great location, clean and easy parking provided.
