Gartenarbeiten (Rasentrimmer mit Benzinmotor) auf dem Nachbargrundstück nervte viele Stunden und den ganzen Tag Hundegebell (im Haus) eines anderen Nachbarn. Kann mein Vermieter nunmal nichts für. Ansonsten alles ( Haus, Umgebung) erstklassig.
