Very nice hotel in amzing location, small issues

Hotel is amazing and staff very helpful with local advice. Only problem was we were given the wrong room upon arrival and ours wasn't available. We booked room with 3 single beds and received small room with only 1 double bed. We had to stay there and next day they changed us to a 2 bed room, which was also not right but at least 2 seperate beds. After discussions we got a reduce in the price and an apology. Other than that, rooms and location are amazing. Apart from this issue the staff was really helpful and nice.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms very clean (though there was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom) and new-looking. Very quiet, despite being in the centre of the city. Great location for walking around the old city centre and close to shops and restaurants.

HAK YEMEK, İNSANLARI KANDIRMAK

Benim rezervasyon yaptığım oda verilmedi. Oteldeki odalar dolu olduğu için otelin kendi yapısı dışında, ayrı bir eski binada oda verildi. Odadaki herşey eskiydi. Yatak tek kişilik iki yatağın birleştirilmesinden oluştuğundan orta tarafında yatılamıyordu. Tek tarafı yatağın kullanılabildi. Oda da ısıtma sistemi yoktu. Klimada arızalıydı. Çok soğuktu. Gün boyunca kaldığım binada tamirat yapıldığından dayanılmaz gürültü, sürekli matkap sesi vardı. Odada emanet kasası yoktu. Banyo çok çok eski ve ısıtma sistemi olmadığından çok soğuktu. Sabah yatağın çok kötü olması ve odanın soğuk olması nedeniyle kaskatı uyanmış oldum. Check out saatim gelmeden kapım çalınarak check out saatimin yaklaştığı söylendi. Oysaki parasını verdiğim odanın kapısı bu nedenle çalınmamalıydı. En azından check out zamanı beklenmeliydi. Fotoğraflarını görüp rezervasyon yapıp parasını ödediğiniz oda yerine eski, kalitesi düşük, otel odasına benzetilmeye çalışılmış bir evin odasının verilmesi tamamen hak yemek, insanları kandırmaktır. Resepsiyonda görevli personel bu yaptıklarının bir yaptırımı olmayacağından hala ukala cevap verip, işi pişkinliğe vuruyordu. Paranızla rezil olmak, hastalanmak istiyorsanız gidip kalın. Aynı yerde onlarca otel varken bu otelde kimsenin kalmasını tavsiye etmiyorum. Hotels.com yöneticilerine de bu otelin bu şekilde davranma rahatlığını nereden bulduklarını araştırmalarını tavsiye ediyorum. Acaba Hotels.com yerine diğer rezervasyon sitesini kullansaydım bunlarla karşılaşmazmıydım!

Homely Hotel 家庭的なホテル

I had a hard time to find this small hotel. Hotel service was homely. Room is renovated and clean. Near to sightseeing places such as Fountain Spuare ＆ Old City. 小さなホテルで場所が分からず、ホテルのスタッフに近くまで迎えにきてもらいました。古いビルの一角でしたが、寝泊まりするには十分で、掃除も行き届いていたと思います。噴水広場や旧市街にも近く歩いていけます。
