Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to several issues we experienced.
We paid extra for a premium room but did not receive the promised amenities. The city view from our room was also extremely disappointing.
The service throughout our stay was consistently terrible. Upon check-in, no one assisted us with our bags, and I had to move the luggage cart myself. The staff, in general, were very unfriendly. For example, a server at the bar seemed annoyed when I inquired about decaf coffee. Additionally, our room was not cleaned until 5 or 6 PM each day, despite us leaving the room by 11 AM.
Finally, we arranged for a taxi to the airport through the hotel and paid double the standard price to ensure a convenient pickup, especially since we had three heavy, 25 kg suitcases. However, the taxi did not arrive at the front of the hotel. We were forced to walk an additional 10 minutes behind the hotel with our heavy luggage, and no one offered a cart or assistance.
