The bay water is warm in the summer as its shallow when the tide is out. Indoor sitting room for poor weather or night fire. Winter activities include the best snow mobile, atv, utv trails in North America! Yes I really do think so. Ice fishing right outside the home in the winter months. The possibilities are endless.
