Idéalement situé dans le quartier le plus recherché de la station, au pied des commerçants, cinéma, restaurants, boutiques, Poste, banque... à 20 m de l'Office du Tourisme, à deux pas des télécabines, proche des thermes, tous les déplacements se font à pied.
L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme côté jardin, avec une terrasse aménagée et ensoleillée, vue sur la montagne.
La location cabine, accueillante et lumineuse, a de nombreux rangements ainsi qu'une place de parking privée et abritée. Un parking supplémentaire extérieur gratuit se trouve à 20 m.

Difficile de trouver plus près de la télécabine pour monter à la station ! La résidence n’est pas neuve, mais l’appart est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les explications fournies par le propriétaire sont d’une parfaite précision. Le garage n’était pas accessible, mais le parking juste devant le balcon l’a très bien remplacé. Il ne nous a manqué que quelques rayons de soleil, faute à pas de chance. Je recommande.

Imposible descansar, la cama es un sofa con un colchon que no aisla de los hierros de la base. Un suplicio.No hay tazas para desayunar. El baño no tiene ducha, solo un duchador que hay que sostener mientras te duchas.El dueño no solucionó el problema del colchon, se limitó a decir que el colchon es nuevo.y que no tivo quejas antes.Lastima, el piso esta muy oen ubicado...

Me molestó bastante enterarme estando de viaje que tenia que llevar sábanas y toallas. Supongo que en Francia será la costumbre, pero no en España. Por otra parte parece que el apartamento solo lo limpiamos los huéspedes

Grosse déception sur l'appartement qui n'est pas un T2 Cabine, mais un studio Cabine. Nous ne l'aurions pas réservé si nous l'avions su au départ. A part ce mauvais constat, tout le reste est très positif : emplacement, équipement (dommage qu'il faille monter sur la chaise pour utiliser le micro-onde en hauteur, avec la porte qui s'ouvre vers le bas), propreté, réactivité de l'hôte, balcon, calme, activités

Studio bien situé au cœur de Luchon et aux pieds des cabines.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré le peu de neige. Studio très bien situé, pour profiter du village ou monter à Super-Bagnière. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute.

la neige n'était pas spécialement au RDV mais pas le temps de s'ennuyer car il y a plein de choses à faire ! quelques propositions du propriétaire, des resto très bons tout est à coté. on pose la voiture et on fait tout à pied. l'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel. parfait

La semaine avec nos deux enfants fut très agréable dans le centre ville de Luchon. Dommage qu i' n y avait pas neige mais les enfants ont pu quand même faire de la luge sous le soleil. M. Soreau est très professionnel et à l écoute des petits soucis.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end prolongé à Luchon ( couple avec 2 filles de 7 et 4 ans). Appartement rénové avec goût et très bien agencé. Emplacement idéal pour aller aux plaisirs de la neige. Propriétaire agréable et disponible (par téléphone). Ville sympathique. À recommander pour une famille ou entre amis pour 4 personnes. Merci au propriétaire pour cet agréable séjour.

Appartement en plein centre ville et à proximité du télécabine. Il a été refait à neuf. Très bonne rénovation et de bon gout. Il est bien équipé, lumineux et propre. Propriétaire très agréable et réactif à nos interrogations. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

L'appartement est très agréable pour 2. Balcon donnant sur la montagne. Appartement bien aménagé. 2 conseils au propriétaire: remettre une procédure avec les clés (accès parking, emplacement de la résidence, etc) et à l'intérieur prévoir des tables et lampes de chevet près du canapé lit. Appartement refait récemment et bien entretenu. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est très disponible. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances reposantes et sportives. L'appartement se situe au pied du téléphérique et à 20 m de la rue principale de Luchon. Nous y retournerons volontier.
