With 59qm living space you have a spacious apartment. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the oversized large balconies, which extends the living area in the summer months, many times. You will be thrilled!

You will start every morning in a friendly bathroom the day. Here you have the opportunity not only to wash, but also your underwear to help a new shine again for a longer holiday stay, for washing machine and iron are present.

After a peaceful night in a spacious double bed, find your clothes in the spacious closet again. Two additional people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will not only have fun prepare breakfast, but here you can also cook thoroughly. Not only coffee maker, toaster and kettle was thought but also a ceramic hob and a microwave are available. The necessary crockery available for six persons.

The apartment was well located and the underground parking was a good feature. I was a bit displeased that I had to wait outside the building for 30 minutes for the owner (cool weather and just had to stand there as there was no place close to park and wait).

This property was as expected based on the listing. It was about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area and to the thermal baths. It was clean. Make sure to check the bedroom closet for towels, luckily we were traveling with our own because we didn't find any bath towels until right before we checked out..they were in the bedroom for some reason. It was quite warm sleeping as the windows are not near the bed at all. The addition of a small fan would be a nice amenity to keep the air moving. It was September and quite hot so I imagine the summer is even warmer.

Great location!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It’s location is superb—very close to great restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to dinner most nights. It includes free indoor parking. Highly recommend!

Nette Ferienwohnung für einen Kurztrip

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Sie ist sehr günstig gelegen, da das Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar ist. Julija ist freundlich, antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und hat uns sogar für unser Baby ein Babyreisebett zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wohnung nahe des Festspielhauses

Etwas weg von der Stadtmitte - aber wozu gibt es denn Stadtbusse. Bis auf einen Geschirrspüler ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet und recht ruhig. Sie hat einen tollen West-Balkon. Leider steht ein großer Nadelbaum davor, der (zu)viel Schatten spendet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Es el mejor apartamento en el que estado

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para vivir como en casa, todo esta nuevo y limpio. Lo recomendaria a cualquiera que visite baden baden porque esta muy bien comunicado. Tiene muy cerca un supermercado con panadería, un restaurante Italiano y otro Español. La dueña que nos atendio fue fantastica, porque a pesar de no hablar español nos entendimos muy bien y ademas nos llevo en su coche de la estación al piso.

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hatte war, dass das Geschirr und die Messer zu knapp bemessen waren und wir zu viert immer variieren mussten.
