Renovated, freshly painted and newly furnished in early Dec 2025 – box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) with comfort topper, sofa bed (160 cm) and new seating. Highlight: the large, sunny balcony. Folding bed (80 × 200 cm) available on request for a child or extra guest.
