Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is great but the loud music at night from the bar downstairs below was a bit of a problem though it was usually finished by 12am. We did complain and the hotel moved us to another room so cannot fault their customer service. Very near SM and 7/11 and the bay, a great experience, lovely big comfortable room would definitely stay there again next time i am in Bacolod .

This was a fine option for a quick stay. Aircon was great working condition but the TV was difficult to operate. We had to wait an hour for the pool to be finished being cleaned, I wish they told us or gave us a warning. The restaurant connected beneath was fine. We had to seek out staff for extra toilet paper which was a bit of a hassle.
