Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—lacson street. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. The bed comfort was the biggest negative. It was my fault when I ordered through Expedia. I accidentally hit a room with twin beds but my wife and I wanted a room with a king bed. I asked if there was a room available with a king bed. He told me there would be an upcharge. This is my 3rd visit to your hotel and I have ALWAYS received great service. My wife and I spent 7 nights in a room with twin beds.

For Bacolod it is very expensive. The staff is very nice but when it is busy they get very flustered and forgetful. There was a golf tournament happening and the place was full. I ordered 1 drink and it took an hour because the staff forgot. They comped it but it shouldn’t happen with the price you are paying. The food is very mid. My wife and I stayed at Citadines Bacolod for 3 nights in March 2025. It's a new hotel, nicely designed and in a good location with excellent restaurants near by. The room was comfortable and spacious. Our only complaint was that the ventilation is poor and you cannot open the windows. There is a strong insecticide smell in the hallway, which leaks into the room. I must say that this is a common issue in the Philippines.
