It was a short and simple stay. The hotel was excellent even amidst the chaotic city conditions . It was ideal when i selected it due to its location to the airport. The staff were very supportive and friendly. the facility was very clean , but it was also very new compared to the surroundings.

The bed comfort was the biggest negative. It was my fault when I ordered through Expedia. I accidentally hit a room with twin beds but my wife and I wanted a room with a king bed. I asked if there was a room available with a king bed. He told me there would be an upcharge. This is my 3rd visit to your hotel and I have ALWAYS received great service. My wife and I spent 7 nights in a room with twin beds.

For Bacolod it is very expensive. The staff is very nice but when it is busy they get very flustered and forgetful. There was a golf tournament happening and the place was full. I ordered 1 drink and it took an hour because the staff forgot. They comped it but it shouldn’t happen with the price you are paying. The food is very mid. Breakfast is the normal buffet but most of the time the food is luke warm or
