1.Not good for business travellers as there is no desk in the room; 2. Room temp is not changable (Central A/C). One will need to wear a jacket in thw room 3. Most staff don't speak English 4. The hotel is very new and very clean

No better option in the area

It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isn’t comfy. But it’s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other options in the area. No competition. Service is good but slow. But I guess all the staff are new and still learning. Good experience for Bac ninh, but I was hoping for more.
