KORKUNÇ BİR DENEYİMDİ ASLA ÖNERMİYORUM !!

Hayatımda karşılaştığım en kötü otel deneyimi! 6 saatlik uzun bir yolculuktan sonra otele vardığımızda, önceden rezervasyon ve ödeme yapmış olmamıza rağmen odamızın başkasına satıldığını öğrendik. Üstelik hiçbir özür ya da çözüm odaklı yaklaşım sergilenmedi. Bizi emrivaki şekilde denizden çok daha uzak, alakasız ve bize asla hitap etmeyen başka bir otele yönlendirdiler. Ne ulaşımı kolaydı ne de vaat ettikleri şartları karşılıyordu. İtiraz ettiğimizde ise son derece kaba, tehditkâr ve saygısız bir tavırla karşılaştık. “Yorum yaparsanız bizi kızdırırsınız” gibi laflar ederek seslerini yükselttiler. Seçim hakkı tanımayıp “upgrade” adı altında tamamen keyfi ve kötü bir odaya gönderdiler. Gece geç saatte, virajlı yollarda geri dönemeyeceğimiz için mecburen kalmak zorunda kaldık. Kaldığımız yerde hijyen sıfırdı; restorandaki tuvaletleri pis, tuvalet kağıdı ve sabun yoktu. Akşam 21 den Çay istedik bulaşık suyu gibi bi çay geldi çay kahve bile içilemiyor akşamları .Klima çalışmıyordu 30 dk çalışıp sonra kendi kendine kapanıyordu gece o kadar sıcak bastı ki , saat 22’den sonra otelde neredeyse hiçbir hizmet kalmıyordu. Denize ise sadece arabayla ulaşım mümkündü bi de dalga gecer gibi çok yakın başka otele alıcaklarını söylediler .bizim zaten amacımız denize yürüyerek gidebileceğimiz mütevazi bi tatil yapmaktı ama olmadı maalesef .. Başta denize yakınlığı için tercih ettiğimiz bu tesis yüzünden tatilimiz zehir oldu. Müşteri memnuniyetini kesinlikle önemsemeyen, kaba ve sorumsuz ve

Küçük bir işletme beklentilerinizi yukseltmeyin fiyat performans bizim için iyiydi. Ama Kuzey Ege'nin bence en güzel denizi sivrice koyu termemiz bir deniz ve kocaman bir iskeleye sahip. Ayrıca iskelenin üzerinde büyük bir restoranda var. Rahat rahat vakit geçire biliyorsunuz. Yüksek müziğe maruz kalmıyorsunuz. Odalar temiz ve idare eder. Yemek seçenekleri yeterli ve lezletli. Personel çok ilgili yardımcı.bir daha kesinlikle gelmek için şimdiden plan bile yaptık.
