On the banks of a stream, nestled in a valley, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of a mountain environment, in a farmhouse, made up of three houses, made of wood and local stones.
This large 140M² cottage can accommodate 10 people comfortably. It is offered with an attractive base rate for 1 to 6 people. Beyond that, count an extra charge per day and per additional person up to 10
Less than 6km from the Nordic ski resort of Capcir (Col de la Llose) and close to the ski resorts of Cerdagne-Capcir (Font-Romeu, Les Angles...), many winter activities are available to you.
From spring to autumn, marked trails, including one starting from the farmhouse, allow you to discover the authentic villages of Les Garrotxes. A stone's throw away, many hikes will lead you to the lakes and peaks of the Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees.

A warm living room with a large fireplace and sofas for evenings around the fire. Flat screen TV.
On 1/2 floor landing: 1 bedroom 2 pers bed 140 with separate corner housing a toilet and a sink.
Upper floor: 1 alcove on mezzanine accommodating 2 bunk beds en90.
1 attic room for 2 people with a 140 cm bed.
1 bathroom equipped with a shower, 1 toilet, and 1 double sink.
1 attic room for 2 people, 2 beds in 90.
Heating is provided by a pellet stove, electric radiators in the bedrooms and a fireplace with insert. Wifi available in all rooms.
Outside, a small garden area with a large forest table and barbecue awaits you for moments of relaxation.

We lived in this part of the farmhouse before completely renovating it to make it a warm and comfortable holiday place. We are now staying in an adjoining part and will be available to give you all the information and good addresses to make your stay pleasant.
Departures will be at 10 am at the latest and arrivals at 4 pm at the earliest. If the gîte is vacant before and/or after the chosen period, we will inform you of the possibility of more flexible hours.
