Clean, beautiful view, a little tricky to get keys on the weekend, little instructions about the ski in ski out and bus system. Kids couldn’t sleep on top queen bunk because there was no railing by the stairs so they had to sleep on the couches.

Luxury and Great Location
The property is actually even nicer than the pictures. All of the furnishings and beds and linens are very well done, luxury feel to the whole place. The home has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and appreciated that there was enough supplies for the week-long stay - I didn't have to go and buy trash bags, etc. The view is great, location fantastic for TRUE ski-in/ski-out with convenient ski lockers. Loved it and would stay again.

Magic short stay ski holiday at Highlands Westview
We stayed at this property for four nights in the first week of April 2024, the last week of the BC ski season. Our party were four adults and two children aged 6-8.
Overall the experience with BHHS for the property was very smooth and the property was as gorgeous as advertised. We appreciated the close proximity to BC Village and convenient ski in/out option with the ski way down to the Centennial lift just outside the ski locker on the first floor.
Kitchen, living areas and bedrooms were all well appointed. We found it fairly easy to prepare meals throughout our stay with the kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates, lots of glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, and a variety of pans, casserole dishes etc...
We found the unit to be mostly clean with exception of areas under the bathroom vanity, a dirty tray left in the oven, and dog hair found all over the lower bunk bed in the third bedroom. We left the unit as we found it, would suggest to management to provide more cleaning supplies for the kitchen (there was only one cloth for cleaning dishes and surfaces).
The bathrooms were comfortable with dual basin vanities, but could have used extra towels. It would also have been a nice extra touch, given the premium property, to include a few bath robes in each bathroom so guests can comfortably use the hot tub and pool outside.
On site parking was also great although the garage door jammed the last night we were there and stayed open all night.
