Wonderful villa in typically Sicilian style.
Equipped with a swimming pool for exclusive use which will soon be equipped with a heating system that can be used from December, parking and wi-fi. We are located a very short distance from Avola, on the hills and precisely in Contrada Bochini t. The location allows you to reach Syracuse with its antiquities and the charming historic center of Ortigia in just over 20 km. But just over 30 km away you arrive in the Ragusa area with the beautiful cities of Scicli and Modica.
The surrounding area conveys an absolute sense of peace and relaxation. The lush context that develops near the structure is definitely suitable for nature excursions. But in a few minutes it is possible to reach all the most beautiful beaches in the south-east of Sicily. The breathtaking view of the text is the prelude to true earthly paradises that you can admire across the very sandy coasts of Syracuse and Ragusa.
The Villa is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It allows you to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Even 7, in some cases. The first bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom always has 1 double bed.

Relaxation up in the hills
We had a late flight and arrived around midnight, but Pietro was meeting us and guided us safely to the house never the less. He also helped us with some groceries so that we had something to drink for breakfast. Really happy about the extra effort!
Pietro answered quickly the times we needed help and sorted out the needs. The communication took place in WhatsApp.
We where there for a week with our two sons, and had a great time. The house is even more spacious than it appears in the images. The property is tightly integrated in the nature and its wildlife. The pool area is incredible and it is easy to drive to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Also easy access to the autostrada.

Lovely villa in a great location
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The pool area, where we spent a lot of our time is lovely and the house is comfortable with three double bedrooms, which was great travelling with two adult sons in tow! Nice peaceful area with everything you could need or want close by (car necessary).
Great choice of supermarkets only a short drive & lovely beach too. We’ve visited Sicily many times and this location was our best yet. Noto less than 10mins and Siracusa less than 30mins.
Pietro was very informative, gave us plenty of suggestions of places to visit and to eat and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this villa.

Schöne Villa mit Pool
Sehr schön gelegene Villa abseits vom Trubel um die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Erholung pur! Es ist etwas außerhalb von Avola aber dennoch zentral gelegen um Siracusa,Noto usw zu besuchen. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool 😀.
Pietro war immer erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte. Jederzeit wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung.Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
