The villa has air-conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV, a Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, American coffee maker, ice machine, outdoor shower and private parking. But Petite Afrique is likewise an excellent starting point for conveniently reaching the nearby historic town of Noto and the most beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily by car. Also nearby are Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
