"Parking is a little difficult. You're better off doing the parking valet at about 5 bucks a day. The gym is nice but it's too dark. The doors to the hotel room do not close all the way and it appears to be a contractor blunder. Just another lazy contractor from Mexico. Not enough electrical outlets when you need them. You have to ask for Face towels. Didn't see many kids thank God. The dining is absolutely beautiful Checking in to be a problem sometimes but remember it's the new hotel. Showers are not perfect but they work The safe boxes are horrible but they need to fire the person that ordered them. It's not the four seasons but overall it's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful building. I don't get the Popeye's Chicken downstairs They could have put a nicer restaurant. None of us it's a nice hotel as I used to stay at Ticuan for 10 years The lobby is beautiful and the people are nice"
