Property was a great location. Ask for a room facing the canal. Everything walkable in Aviero… Communication was excellent. When asked about laundry facility, I received an immediate response…Tok’A Lavar Launderia was amazing. When we arrive, the machines were full. The owner suggested for us to leave our laundry, and she would clean it… At no charge! Love the Portuguese people!

Nice stay in Aveiro and excellent communication before and during. Apartment is in waking distance to everything. A few minor details in the apartment but was fixed immediately. The apartment is spacious has everything you need.

Location location and plenty of space!!!!

Loved the location of the apartment. So comfortable and easy to find. Bed, kitchen and living space was perfect. My only concern was that there as no instruction book on how to operate the stove, faucets etc… Communication with host was good!

Great position, lovely views over the canal and within easy reach of bars and restaurants Interior somewhat spartan and not cosy. Photos showed pictures on the wall and rugs on the floor but these were non existent in our apartment

The rooms were modern and comfortable. The check-in caught me off guard because the door codes were sent to me within 24 hours of my check-in.. In the midst of my travels, I had not seen the email and I was under the impression that there would be staff on-sight.. however, there is only staff on-sight during the day. Additionally, I was in Aveiro for a conference and the last day was scheduled until 11AM which is check-out time. In an attempt to not have to bring my bags to the conference, I requested an additional half-hour the day prior, but I never received a response back and had maid-service knocking on my door at 11:15 right as I arrived back from the conference.

The apartment was blissfully quiet, comfortable and modern. It was close to everything in Aveiro. Code access to the building and apartment worked perfectly. We had a faulty toaster that blew the power circuit. I contacted Innapartments about it, but never received a reply. It would have been better to have a full size ironing board, rather than the silly table model supplied. Overall the apartment was excellent, communication a a little clunky however.

Fantastic alternative to hotels

Fantastic apartment, all brand new and super clean, in a great quiet location, full of restaurants and charm. Price was very good. Cleaning service was impeccable. I will definitely go back next time.
